paper Tigers - papercraft
We can’t forget the little fans from our Detroit Tigers. After creating the paper Red Wings players, the paper Tigers players are now in the works.
To differentiate the paper Red Wings players and the paper Tigers players, a new illustration style was used to give them a different look and feel. With PAWS being a fan favorite, we know that it must be created first. After many tries, the hardest part of PAWS, his head, was simplified to be the shape it is now. The shape makes it a little more difficult to put together, but I don’t know about you, PAWS having a cubic head just doesn’t seem right to me.
I made it no secret that I am a big kid at heart. Making PAWS is particularly fun, maybe because he is a little more challenging to be put together, maybe because his bright colors, maybe because of his charming persona, maybe all of the above.
